Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your RIZZL. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return Email hello@rizzl.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm your return is eligible and provide the return shipping address. Returns initiated without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. RIZZL is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Gift Returns Don't have your order number or receipt? No problem. Contact us at hello@rizzl.com and we'll issue store credit for the current retail value of the item. Store credit never expires.

What We Can't Accept Returns requested after 30 days, or items that show signs of damage from misuse, will not be eligible for refund or store credit.
